Documents You Will Receive
When you start a tenancy with us, you’ll get a full welcome pack including:

Reporting Repairs
If something needs fixing, please let us know as soon as you spot it! Small problems are always easier to sort early.

We’ll arrange the right contractor to attend. For bigger jobs, we’ll always keep you updated so you know what’s happening.

Inspections
We carry out routine inspections every six months. They’re quick, friendly and simply allow us to check the property is being looked after and pick up any issues before they become bigger jobs. You’ll always get notice beforehand..
Decorating

We know you want your home to feel like yours, so:

Putting up pictures and shelves is fine, just do it carefully and avoid damage

Please ask first if you want to swap curtains for blinds

Any redecorating needs our consent, and we ask you to avoid any strong colours

Rent Payments

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

If you think your payment may be late, please let us know straight away.
